Auto Equipment Direct will never give out your personal information, including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, or payment information. Auto Equipment Direct may email you periodically to inform you of specials or new items if so desired by you.
Information will however, be shared with authorities in case of people committing online fraud. Auto Equipment Direct supports a crime free internet.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Auto Equipment Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Auto Equipment Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed, if your credit card has been charged, or if a money order has already been received. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Auto Equipment Direct shall issue a credit to your credit card. If a money order has already been received and your order is canceled, Auto Equipment Direct shall refund the total order amount via Company Check.

Returns
Most new items sold on our website can be returned for refund. Items most be returned in the EXACT condition as sent. Installed, scratched, mounted, spliced, fitted items will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Request for return must be made with in 3 days of receiving the item. Request for returns must be made in writing before returning the item. Shipping is absolutely non-refundable. Returned items will retain a 30% restocking fee.  Customized, special order or used items are non-refundable. Customized or used items include but are not limited to, painted body parts, installed xenon kits, wheels, tires, custom built parts, and tire equipment. Defected items are subject to exchange once they have been inspected by our technicians and are ruled defective. It is the responsibility of the customer to give Auto Equipment Direct the information needed to send the correct product. Customers installing parts not meant for their particular make, model and year vehicle will do so at their own risk.

Confirmation
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Auto Equipment Direct reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Shipping
Auto Equipment Direct ships via USPSfor all Domestic (US) orders. Orders will be shipped in a timely manner. If there are any delays, you will be notified by e-mail.

Wrong Address
Please be careful when you enter your shipping address and information. An error in shipping address information may lead to additional shipping fees in which the buyer will be responsible for. Auto Equipment Direct will not accept responsibility for shipments made to the wrong reported address. Buyer agrees to pay any and all additional shipping fees.

Refunds / Exchanges
Auto Equipment Direct will provide a refund for refused packages under the following conditions. Once Auto Equipment Direct receives the unopened package, Auto Equipment Direct will refund the total amount minus the original shipping fee, minus the return shipping fee, and a 30% restock fee of the original cost.

Unclaimed Delivery

If the carrier has tried to deliver the package several times, and is unable get in touch with you; they will bring the package back to us after five to seven days or three to five delivery attempts. When we receive the returned package, we will refund the total amount minus the original shipping fee, minus the return shipping fee, and than a 30% restock fee of the original cost. If you receive a notice of attempted delivery from our shipping vendor, please give them a call to arrange a time for you to get your package. This is your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Auto Equipment Direct .

Missing / Wrong Items Recieved
It is important to check your shipment for any missing items, wrong items, or any discrepancies. Please report all errors within 3 days of receiving your package from Auto Equipment Direct .

Damaged Items
If you receive a package damaged during shipping,
you are responsible for making a claim to the carrier within a given time period.
This time period will vary with the carrier.
Out of courtesy, Auto Equipment Direct is willing to assist in filing a claim.
Any money paid for the claim will be given to the buyer.
Auto Equipment Direct is not responsible for any loss as a result of this type of damage.

We spend lots of time and money to protect and package products.
For this reason, we will assist in any way possible,
but will not accept responsibility for the carrier damaging, loosing, or destroying products.

Note:
Make sure you save original packaging.
Without the original packaging, you may have no claim.

Risk Of Loss Of Title
All products are shipped at Purchaser's risk. Title passes from Auto Equipment Direct to Purchaser and Auto Equipment Direct 's responsibility for damages or loss ceases when product is delivered to the carrier, to the Purchasers' agent at Auto Equipment Direct 's facility, whichever occurs earlier.

Delay or Non-Delivery
Auto Equipment Direct shall not be liable in any way for delay, non delivery or default in shipment due to labor disputes, transportation shortages, priorities, acts of governmental authorities, or other causes beyond the control of Auto Equipment Direct , affecting Auto Equipment Direct and/or its suppliers.

Special Orders & Back Orders
Auto Equipment Direct shall not promise or guarantee any given date of delivery on a back order or special order.

Delivery Dates
Install appointments should be made after the package has been arrived. There are many things that can happen with shipment and distribution that can delay a delivery date. We at Auto Equipment Direct try our best to meet your needs in delivering a product at a specified date when expected to do so. However, an expected delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Even when you pay for guaranteed delivery, a carrier may miss the delivery date. Some items may be subject to customs delays. Customs have all the rights of the US government to delay or stop a product coming into the United States. For these reasons, Auto Equipment Direct cannot make promises or guarantees based on other companies or agencies that may or may not meet expectations. Please be advised that items can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Import Delays
Auto Equipment Direct imports many items and for this reason can provide great selection and prices and also provide many hard to find items. However, import has disadvantages also. All imported materials and products are subject to customs inspections on the country they are departing and the country being received. This may or may not have an impact on the time it takes to receive your product.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated by our shopping cart based on zones and rates.
Prices will not be the same as the rate quoted by the carrier.
It may also reflect packaging or extra care taken for a particular product.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

eBay Shipping Charges
eBay shipping will work in one of 2 ways.
1. Buyer pays actual shipping:
Shipping will be whatever USPScharges the carrier askes.
You may email us for estimate shipping cost before bidding or use the information provided on the auction to find out shipping.
Make sure shipping is within your budget before bidding.
Do not wait till you win the item to say it is too much shipping.
This will result in negative feedback and a non-paying bidder alert.
2. Fixed shipping:
Shipping is specified in the auction and the description.
Fixed shipping is sometimes based on competition pricing or worse case scenario.

International Payments
Auto Equipment Direct does not accept international credit cards.
International customers must pay with check, money order, or wire transfer.
We will not be responsible for international orders that are lost or delayed by that country's postal or customs service.

Please note the terms before you bid. By bidding you agree to all of the terms listed in our website. We reserve the right to cancel any bidders with several negative feedback's or a (-1) rating. We also reserve the right to cancel any suspicious bidders. Upon our discretion, if a bid retraction or cancellation happens within 6 hours of the auction's close, we reserve the right to void the auction entirely. This is primarily to guard against any dishonest bidders who may choose to manipulate/inflate a bid and then subsequently retract their bid in order to gain an item at an unrealistically low price. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. Auto Equipment Direct will assist you in any way possible to file your claim, but will not assume responsibility for what the manufacturer will and will not cover. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts.

ROAD WHEELS, TIRES SUSPENSION: All wheels and tires sold by Auto Equipment Direct are subjected to manufacturer's warranty and conditions. It is customer's responsibility to follow tire manufacturers instructions with regard to tire size and load capabilities. Mount tires on wheels only with mounting equipment designed for performance aluminum wheels. Auto Equipment Direct will not be responsible for clearance problem due to suspension modification. Mounted wheels cannot be returned. Torque lug nut / bolts to the manufacturer's alloy wheel specifications at time of installation and after the first 500 miles. Customers assume full responsibility and liability for any and all damages from road hazards, accidents, physical or chemical, to the wheels vehicle and passengers. Correct lug nuts or bolts lugs, studs, valve stems, balancing weights, and torque specs are customer's responsibilities.
